Doktor Jons unique 'CCTV Helpdesk' Service

To celebrate the first anniversary of launching this website, Doktor Jon decided to introduce a dedicated CCTV helpdesk.

So, after having read the entire contents of this website (only joking!), if you still have a particular question, problem or application, and you simply want someone to provide some general advice, then hopefully this service will be just what you're looking for.

Send a brief e-mail explaining your problem to:- helpdesk[at]doktorjon.co.uk

IMPORTANT - Due to problems caused by automated spammers, the e-mail address above has been deliberately modified to prevent 'harvesting' - please copy and paste the address into your mail program, then replace the [at] part with the character '@' (so for example, helpdesk[at]doktorjon.co.uk ... then becomes ... helpdesk@doktorjo ... etc.).

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
