BFi OPTiLAS Ltd introduce Avigilon’s V 4.0 Video Management Software
Leading the Way in HD Video Management

Avigilon has built a reputation as a leader in the surveillance market offering an end to end high definition CCTV solution with cameras from 1 to 16 mega pixels, network infrastructure, software and servers with a four hour on site response.

Avigilon’s award winning Control Centre video management software has so far outclassed its nearest rivals whilst winning industry awards, and gaining Home Office approval for its class leading encryption.

“We are delighted to be able to further improve our surveillance solutions with the exciting addition from Avigilon,” said Andy Sumpter, Managing Director of BFi OPTiLAS Ltd. “With their generous commitment to continued development, Avigilon have proven their ability to develop a true open platform solution with their official release of V4.0.”

V4.0 will offer support for third party cameras and encoders from vendors such as Panasonic, Sony, Arecont Vision and Axis with more to follow. Its enterprise class video management platform is further improved by altering its recorded file structures, adding multicasting for mirrored recording, scheduled backup, synchronised audio, alarm management and intuitive mapping with virtual PTZ zones.

Its superior high definition stream management (HDSM) is also improved within V4.0 to allow lossless HD video to be adapted to suit almost any bandwidth restrictions, whilst maintaining indisputable detail.

Comprehensive design and support within the UK is available through BFi OPTiLAS, a leading technical distributor of Avigilon HD security systems and now official UK stockist.
