Vandal Resistant Dome Camera

BFi OPTiLAS Ltd now stock and distribute the first Vandal Resistant Mega Pixel dome from Avigilon with in-built Infra Red.

The new compact dome provides a tough impact resistant housing for Avigilon’s impressive mega pixel camera modules. The dome is suitable for internal and external use and is available with various mounts to suit.

Each dome is available with resolutions from 1 to 5 mega pixel. A wide range of mega pixel lenses are also available to ensure this dome can be used for most security applications.

This new range of VR dome boasts internal infra red LED array (50ft range), optional heater (Operation at -30 deg), lip synced audio, alarms in and out whilst being powered from a POE switch. Its three-axis camera mount, easy installation and plug and play design make this dome an ideal compliment to all CCTV applications, requiring the best recorded footage in all lighting conditions.

New release of Avigilon's Open Platform software

Recently Avigilon made their award winning software compatible with many top manufacturers’ IP cameras, making installation with multiple brands seamless.

With the latest release of V4.0 software Avigilon have added multi-lingual support to include French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

The latest release fits in with Avigilon’s commitment to ongoing development and benchmark performance and service within the security market.  Their aftersales support, with upgrades for your system as they become available, further enhances the value of the Avigilon brand.
