Brivo Systems Reorganizes Several Key Positions to Spur Faster Growth

Sales territories refined; top staff shifted into expanded business development

Bethesda, MD, August 18, 2009 – Brivo Systems LLC, the leader in Software-as-a-Service applications for security management, today announced several key personnel changes and additions to support accelerated sales growth and to further improve strategic partner relationships. John Szczygiel, Executive Vice President of Business Development, is orchestrating the reorganization and will be heading up sales and marketing, as well as overseeing strategic business partnership opportunities.

Brivo’s sales team has been restructured into three areas with the Regional Sales Managers reporting to an area Director. Rueben Orr has been promoted to Director of Business Development for the Western area which includes the Northwest and Southwest Regions. Dave Williams, a longtime Brivo veteran, takes over Business Development for the Central area, which includes the North Central, South Central, and Canadian Regions.

Ethan Lewis has been appointed to oversee sales in the expanded Southeast Region. Lewis formerly managed National Accounts. Shawn Gore, currently in charge of international sales, will add Canada to his portfolio of fast-growing markets.

In addition to these promotions and appointments, Michael McCleaf joins Brivo as the Regional Sales Manager for the expanded Northeast Region. McCleaf has a long and impressive resume, with over 28 years in the security industry. Previously Director of Sales for KapLogic Corporation, he has also held top sales and operations positions at Tyco and Siemens.
