DVTel wins the
Project of the Year Award
at IFSEC 2010

 

On Monday night, the IFSEC Security Industry Awards 2010 were handed out to the winners at a black-tie gala dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

The ten winners were presented with their awards, which recognise the people, products and technological advancements that have shaped the security industry over the past year.

DVTel's winning project implemented their intelligent Security Operations Center (iSOC) management platform at Johannesburg, Capetown, Durban and multiple other airports in Republic of South Africa.

Renovations and upgrades at were made in preparation for the June 2010 World Cup when South African authorities expect passenger traffic to total 40 million with the majority of this traffic passing through the three largest airports in the region.

"We are delighted that this project was recognised by the industry and proud to be a part of the esteemed group of winners showcased on Monday night." said David Petrook, DVTel Managing Director for EMEA.
