Company judged to have Best Integrated System for critical Federal government needs

Bethesda, MD, November 15, 2011 – Brivo Systems LLC, leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications for security management, today announced that it has been awarded “Best Integrated System for HSPD-12/FIPS 201 Compliance” at the Government Security News Homeland Security Awards.

Federal, state, county and municipal government officials, along with thirty-plus tables of government contractors, systems integrators, and vendors of IT and physical security products and solutions, gathered together the evening of November 14, 2011, in a packed ballroom at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, to honor their best at the GSN 2011 Homeland Security Awards Dinner.

John Szczygiel, Brivo Executive Vice President, commented, “HSPD-12 compliance continues to be a major, pressing need for the Federal government as they seek to upgrade and unify access control management across all agencies. We believe we have the leading solution to meet these needs, and we’re quite pleased that the Homeland Security Awards judges agree.”

“We had a top-notch group of entries and finalists this year, so it’s a real honor to have been selected as a winner,” said Jacob Goodwin, the editor-in-chief of Government Security News, who served as emcee at the awards banquet.
