iWatch - The approved Panasonic IP monitoring station


iWatch is the only approved Panasonic IP monitoring station in the UK, providing the unique Panasonic iPro 24/7 service. The remote video response centre, based in Rochester, Kent, is also BS8418 compliant.
 



Panasonic has chosen iWatch in recognition of the standard of its service. The around-the-clock remote monitoring service provides protection to sites at all time and a team of expert CCTV operators respond to alarms quickly and appropriately.

The service includes site arming, monitoring and disarming.

Site arming options include:

 Automatic arming at pre-defined times
 Manual arming at pre-defined times
 Manual arming by the customer
iWatch also has the ability to remotely arm a system, if requested, by an authorised person.

Site monitoring and alarm activation handling includes:

 Activation assessment
 Deactivation of a false alarm
 Resolving a system fault
 Incident handling and its resolution, including:
 • verbal challenge
 • continuous live monitoring and recording
 • informing the key holder
 • ascertaining a required response from the key holder e.g. patrol call out
 • instigating a Police call out
 • full incident reporting

Site disarming options include:

Automatic disarming at pre-defined times
Manual disarming at pre-defined times
Manual disarming by customer

iWatch also has the ability to remotely disarm a system, if requested by an authorised person.
