JVC is helping to secure the future of sustainable energy by supplying CCTV products to keep watch over two solar power plants in the south of Spain.

The plants, owned by construction firm ACS and managed by Cobra Energia, can each produce 50MW per day from their one square kilometre of solar arrays and are being secured by a network comprising of twelve VN-V686WPBU outdoor PTZ network dome cameras, several VN-X35 and VN-X235 megapixel cameras, and two VN-V225VPU fixed network vandal-proof dome cameras.
