Panasonic Reinforces Southern System Networks Solution Team with Appointment of Iain Cundy

Iain Cundy recently joined PSNE as Demand Creation Manager for the south bringing good industry experience to the expanding team. Having worked in retail sales straight from college, Iain moved quickly to become a sales manger for an Apple reseller.

Later Iain worked in sales of print and design and subsequently IT solutions sales for corporate end users at Pacific Group. In this role he gained various IT certifications including Cisco CSA, Cisco SMB Account Manager, Cisco SMB Engineer, Polycom NSD, Polycom Account Manager and Apple Product Professional.

Iain’s work in security started with a role selling advanced gateway security products for Trend Micro followed by number of years working at JVC in channel management, promotions and project delivery.

Cundy’s invaluable knowledge around analogue products and experience with optics and system design will compliment the established team at PSNE, the division of the Panasonic Systems Group that provides security, network communications, imaging and document solutions.

Cundy shares his vision of working at Panasonic; “I am very proud to work in the UK security industry. The experience I have gained from the IT sector is now very relevant to the security channel and my knowledge can improve customer systems and help them save money. My aim at Panasonic is to deliver the companies innovation and principles to new end user markets, finding and implementing solutions that will reduce total cost of ownership. I would also aim to find new applications for our products and deliver complete solutions from a brand name people really trust".
