SmartecSTCIPX3562Anetworkvideocameras

Smartec presented STC-IPX3562A NEYRO Series network video cameras with WDR and Full D1 resolution

New vandal-proof dome video cameras are equipped with 1/3" Sony Double Scan CCD and DaVinci DSP-processor. These cameras generate a high-quality digital image in Day/Night mode with Full D1 resolution at up to 0.3/0.03 lux of minimum illumination (up to 0.002 lux in frame accumulation mode). Depending on the configuration, network video cameras can transmit dual-stream video in H.264, M-JPEG and MPEG-4 with Full D1 resolution at 25 fps, as well as provide two-way audio communication. In addition, new network models support PoE, remote configuration over the network and feature VCA Presence video analytics package.

Due to 1/3” Sony Double Scan CCD and DaVinci DSP-processor, NEYRO Series network video cameras provide detailed monitoring of the application with high quality images. DaVinci DSP-processor features Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) video processing technology, which allows STC-IPX3562A to stabilize the image and avoid image jitter in case of camera vibration. In addition, new network video cameras have 54 dB dynamic range, provided by dual-scan CCD.

STC-IPX3562A can transmit one or two video streams simultaneously over the network with up to Full D1 (720x576 pix.) resolution in H.264, MPEG-4 and M-JPEG at up to 0.3/0.03 lux of minimum illumination. For low light operation (up to 0.002 lux) network video cameras will activate frame accumulation mode. In addition, 2-way audio communication ensures full-functional network video monitoring and sets audio connection between the operator and monitoring area.

The basic package includes VCA presence analytics, which can detect objects/people in the security zone at various levels of illumination. In addition, network video cameras with VCA presence provide classification of moving objects (up to 100 simultaneously), track the direction of their movement, as well as control camera abuse actions. Due to video analytics algorithms, each NEYRO Series network model can operate as a security sensor with the ability to activate recording or alarm systems.

Advanced features of the camera will be available upon activating VCA surveillance optional package, which allows STC-IPX3562A to set “acceptable”/unacceptable directions, perform the classification of objects by size and speed, track the direction of moving objects, analyze temporary objects’ stay in the restricted area, count the number of people, detect missing items, calculate human traffic etc

STC-IPX3562A can be connected directly to Ethernet network of current video surveillance system with the possibility to configure its setting over the network, using standard web browser. To deploy large network video systems, based on the Smartec network cameras and video servers, it is recommended to use Milestone XProtect professional software. Viewing video can be carried out in real-time via a webpage with the help of IP-address of the network camera or IPAdminTool utility, which automatically scans CCTV systems for plugged devices and also allows the operator to view information about network devices and update the installed software.

IP66 vandal-proof housing allows STC-IPX3562A to operate on the applications with dense human traffic and high probability of vandalism. To ensure effective monitoring of objects with different structures, network video cameras can be installed both on horizontal and vertical surfaces without any additional mounting bracket. Due to 3-axis mounting bracket, network video cameras can be easily configured on the application: the operator can rotate the module up to 180°/90°. New video camera provides two types of power supply: PoE or 12 V DC.

For a local recording and video storage network video cameras are equipped with microSD memory slot, and also have USB-port for connection of the external security devices. Recording to a memory card can be carried out in a constant mode or by event (alarm signal, disconnection, etc.). In addition, recording will be carried out as long as the communication with the server is restored.
