Makers of the programme, Paul Crompton, Executive Producer at Steadfast Television explains, “CCTV Cities is a new action documentary series that has been allowed unique access to CCTV control rooms to see how the operators and police combine to catch criminals and record antisocial behaviour around the clock.  It’s a real adventure and insight into how technology is used to aid control room operators.”

Yash Patel, Executive Director, CCTV Europe at JVC Professional Europe adds, “Our small to large-sized monitors are made for durability and reliability.  It’s really exciting that some of these have been seen in a television programme that captures the use of technology in today’s busy control room environments.  This engaging show also represents the fact that CCTV is playing an increasingly important role in our every-day lives.”

JVC’s range of LCD and CRT monitors are available in sizes ranging from 10 to 65 inches.  The manufacturer has just launched the LM-H191 19-inch LCD monitor designed for control room applications and has launched a brand new 17-inch monitor, the LM-H171.
