Where attachments have been authorised, currently only .pdf, .doc, .html, JPEG and standard e-mail formats will be acceptable (sorry but absolutely no '.xls' or .zip formats for now).

Wherever possible, in the interests of sparing my Inbox capacity (and my sanity) please try and limit any individual message to no more than 3Mb.
