Pelco announces the integration of DX8100 with
Entelec Sky-Walker Software Platform

Clovis, CA (April 24, 2009) ­ Pelco and Entelec are pleased to announce that the Entelec’s building management system Sky-Walker now provides seamless integration with the Pelco DX8100 series.

Sky-Walker is a typical state-of-the-art software platform. It enables one person to manage and supervise the most complicated building or infrastructure systems, on location and at a distance.

To manage these external systems an open integration platform is necessary. The platform integrates all underlying techniques and systems to one single interface. The Sky-Walker solution presents a uniform graphical interface to the end-user.

Within Sky-Walker, the following functionality for the Pelco DX8100 series is provided:

·         Live view

·         PTZ functionality for PTZ cameras

·         Search of recordings

·         Playing of recordings

·         Multi-view of different cameras
