Located in Southern California, the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino has completed the installation of what is claimed to be "... the largest distributed IP-based video system in the gaming industry".

Over the last twenty years, the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians tribe expanded from a highly successful high-stakes bingo operation, to include a 100,000 square feet casino, all located in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountain region. With the recent completion of a major amenity enhancement project, the management decided to choose Pelco's unique Endura network recording system as the hub of a new 3000 + camera installation.

Tom Naoum, San Manuel Surveillance Assistant Director said "What we were looking for was an extremely reliable, flexible video system that would utilise our IT infrastructure to its fullest - with expandability and adaptability to evolve as needed".

Las Vegas based integrator, Southwest Surveillance Systems was tasked with bringing the project togethor, and spokesperson Scott Bartlett acknowledges that '... working with Pelco on putting togethor this system within the timeframe ... went very well'. In recognising Pelco's hands on approach to customer support, he goes on to say that "For such a large system, Endura was extremely quick and easy to install .... I just knew it would work out well and it did.".

Pelco Senior Product Manager, Craig Dahlman says " ... with the covergence of IT and physical security across industry lines, Pelco is well positioned with Endura to head into the future of network video security...".
