To celebrate the first anniversary since the launch of www.doktorjon.co.uk,
a unique "Helpdesk" service has been launched today.

With over a thousand pages of information about Closed Circuit Television
currently available on the site, this new service is intended to provide a free
access advice and guidance service, for anyone requiring assistance with
using Video Surveillance technology.

Visitors can e-mail their questions or problems to a dedicated address
( helpdesk@doktorjon.co.uk ), and Doktor Jon will normally respond
within 48 hours.

This service is intended to provide a unique support facility for any
individuals desperate for impartial help and advice, and is available
free of charge, for any application anywhere in the world.
